Sleep on your Polar Pillow for up to 100 nights from the date it’s delivered. If you don’t love it, we’ll refund you in full. No stress. No awkward process.

How the Donation Return Works

1. Email us within 100 nights of delivery at your@email.com
2. We’ll confirm your eligibility and guide you through the next steps
3. Donate the pillow to a local charity, shelter, or community organisation
4. Send us proof of donation (receipt or confirmation photo)
5. We issue your full refund to your original payment method

We don’t resell used pillows — and this way, someone else benefits too.

What’s Covered

• Polar Pillow purchases
• First purchase per household
• Refund issued to original payment method

What’s Not Covered

• Requests made after the 100-night window
• Additional accessories (unless faulty)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your pillow arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll organise a replacement immediately.
