100-Night Comfort Guarantee
Not vibing with your Polar Pillow? No worries. You’ve got 100 nights from the date of delivery to decide if it’s right for you. If not, we’ll refund you in full or arrange an exchange—easy as.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Your request must be made within 100 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in clean, donatable condition, free of damage or heavy wear.
- It must be returned with original or protective packaging.
Please note: Returns with signs of significant damage, staining, or misuse may not be accepted.
How to Lodge a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@polarsleepco.com with your order number and return reason.
- We'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label for orders within Australia.
- Send it back using the prepaid label or your own carrier (we'll advise depending on the situation).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Banks may take 5–10 business days to process the refund after we’ve issued it.
Exchanges
Want to try a replacement or a different product? No problem. We’re happy to offer exchanges within the 100-night window—just get in touch and we’ll handle the details.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement—regardless of our 100-night guarantee.
Shipping Costs
- Returns within Australia: Return shipping is free.
- International orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Email us with photos and a brief description and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
